HUECK FOILS Names Manfred Rauer Plant Manager
To lead organization and operation of
recently expanded Blythewood manufacturing center

WALL, NJ – HUECK FOILS, L.L.C., a leading converter of foils and films for the healthcare and food industries, has appointed Manfred Gerhard Rauer as Plant Manager, it was announced by George Thibeault, Jr., HUECK FOILS President.

Mr. Rauer will be responsible for developing and leading the organization of HUECK FOILS’ manufacturing center in Blythewood, South Carolina, and for directing its day-to-day operations in meeting key production goals for the company’s customers in North America. The facility was recently expanded to incorporate a new state-of-the-art coater/laminator, for which Mr. Rauer served as project leader since July of last year.

A graduate of the Technical University, Dresden (Germany) with a degree in mechanical and process engineering, he previously served as project leader for the Hueck Folien GmbH & Co. KG engraving department in Pirkmuhle, Germany, and as a process manager. Before joining Hueck, he served as a plant manager and process manager for Hänsel Flexible Verpackungen, and as a process manager and quality manager for Maria Soell GmbH, both in Germany.
